What We Need:

Reports to the Market President and Senior Vice President of Sales with managing clients, vendors and other iHeartMedia divisions to fulfill client partnership obligations and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role is a key player in streamlining processes to increase efficiency and productivity across all departments.

What You'll Do:

Responsibilities

  • This position is the liaison between Sales, Programming, and iHM Clients in Central PA.

  • Generate best-in-class strategic proposals combining ideation, research, statistical data and graphics.

  • Preparation and execution of Digital and Social Media plans

  • Create promotional recaps for each project.

  • Create sales orders, process traffic instructions, and promotional paperwork.

  • Execute each media campaign from start to finish.

  • Other assignments as needed to facilitate partnership opportunities.

  • This position administratively supports eight Account Executives, Sales Management, Programming, and Executive Leadership.

  • Prioritizes tasks, meetings, and projects to ensure timely completion of goals and deliverables.

  • Acts as team expert and go-to person for things related to the sales department.

  • Keeps relevant stakeholders informed and makes sure that information is properly filtered throughout the team and office.

  • Assists Human Resource and EEO functions for the market.

  • Handles confidential matters with absolute trustworthiness; ensures interactions and transactions are ethical and convey integrity.

  • Anticipates and interprets the needs of management staff without direction.

  • Acts as Public File Director for the market.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and social networking platforms

  • Adept at prospecting and using effective consultative selling principles and practices

  • Strong client service relationship-building skills

  • Ability to plan and organize, set priorities and multi task in a fast-paced environment

  • Negotiation and closing proficiency

  • Persuasive communication skills: verbal, written and presentation

  • Independent; self-motivated; competitive; assertive

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Understanding of market dynamics including demographics

  • Stress tolerance especially with tight deadlines and financial pressures

  • Flexibility and creativity

  • Strong interpersonal skills

Work Experience

  • 2+ years in media/advertising sales is preferred, but not required

  • 1+ years in Key Account Coordination or Project Management preferred

  • SalesForce, Media Monitors or other project management software experience is a plus

Education

  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
