Job Summary:

Reporting to the SVPF, the VPF of iHeartMedia Central Finance Team will use their finance, organizational, and customer first approach to drive best in class business solutions and processes. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual, an innovative change agent, excellent communicator, and influencer as well as a results-driven team player. This role will be focused on creating efficient, best in class products and services to deliver key business insights and centers of excellence for the iHM Markets group.


·Build efficient and best in class products and consistent framework for enhanced service for iHM Market’s group financial reporting, financial support, and compensation hubs.·Build support hub team through developing existing employees as well as hiring, training, and leading all finance support employees across iHeartMedia.·Build expertise around a service framework, laying the groundwork and technology to deliver.·Centralizing all standard finance activities and reporting ensuring consistent processes, controls, and quality of support across all markets.·Management of all compensation related tasks including regular & union payroll, OPI maintenance, and bonus administration.·Partner with IT to leverage current systems creating tools for effective financial support and proactive business insights/reporting.·Help build a culture of centralized finance support leveraging technology, streamlined service delivery, and documentation (both content & knowledge).·Build quality assurance and controls to ensure consistent and best in class delivery across market’s group.·Utilize continuous improvement mindset and 360 feedback approach to proactively identify and solve process gaps.·Build dashboards & reporting to enable proactive and strategic business insights, including Monthly Business Reviews and self-service data for all customer levels including finance and sales.·Continuously improve the quality of data and the integrity of downstream analytics – ensuring meaningful and trustworthy business metrics.·Design, build, train, and audit bulletproof process that will scale with the finance hubs growth.


·Bachelor’s degree, Masters Preferred·5-7 years’ experience working in a senior finance role·Demonstrated ability to be planned, yet flexible·Strong leadership, strategic finance, and management capabilities·Ability to drive change·Excellent interpersonal, influencing, written and verbal communication skills·Demonstrated ability to build and keep up to date knowledge base across teams, strong leadership, and teaching mindset·Demonstrated balance between appropriate levels of customer service and running a lean, cost efficient support organization·Demonstrated ability to set, track, analyze and action against meaningful metrics which monitor success and drive desired behaviors·Ability to multi-task and prioritize·Desire to improve profit, performance, services, and outcomes·Demonstrated ability to successfully work with peers and internal customers at all levels·High integrity and good judgment in handling confidential employee information·Excellent process skills, documentation, and in-depth analytical skills – innovative problem solver, able to be resilient under pressure·Advanced in MS PowerPoint, MS Office, MS Excel
