You’re Awesome At:
Maintaining focus in a dynamic team environment
Successfully & creatively prospecting for new accounts
Establishing & growing new accounts through a consultative sales approach
Consistently managing a funnel of 50-100 accounts while maintaining service level requirements
Meeting aggressive activity requirements - approximately 50+ contacts daily
Managing sales activities using industry-leading CRM & sales intelligence technology
Connecting with clients over the phone & through well-written email & social media communications
Effectively identifying client needs, goals & KPIs in order to determine best fit iHeartMedia assets to recommend
Educating clients on the products & services that best fit their needs
Providing clients consultative direction on the best use of their advertising funds given the campaign goals
Effectively collaborating with peers in and outside of the inside sales organization
Meeting and exceeding activity & revenue targets
Accurately setting client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience
Performing timely follow-up & renewal activity to meet new business account retention requirements
You Also Happen To Have:
A college degree (preferred but not required, Bachelor’s desirable)
1+ years of professional work experience in sales or related field with a proven track record of consistent career growth
A professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette
Experience in a customer care environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Multiple languages strongly preferred
Media sales experience (preferred but not required)
