Our Sales Development Reps (SDRs) initiate interactions with decision-makers, create excitement around advertising, and the iHeart brand. SDRs play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives by generating interest and solidifying initial qualified meetings with prospects. They generate new leads and set appointments through outbound telemarketing, social media networking and email campaigns to prospects. SDRs work closely with EDG Team Members, Market Sales Leaders and Account Executives across the enterprise.
Nurture and qualify prospects, set appointments, and drive new opportunities.
Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline across the iHeartMedia Enterprise.
Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Route qualified leads and prescheduled appointments to the appropriate sales groups for further development and closure.
Clearly and effectively communicate the power of the iHeart brand portfolio by phone, email and through social media.
Support iHeart Market Groups achievement of EDG KPIs and budget goals.
Identify key players and generate interest in meeting with iHeart Account Executives.
Research and build new leads in Salesforce.
Meet or exceed activity/prospecting goals on daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.
At least 1 year of relevant work experience; bonus points for previous experience working in a fast-paced or sales environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Multiple languages strongly preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
A solid work ethic and a track record of over-achieving goals
Professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette; experience dialing dozens of calls per day is a plus
Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM strongly preferred
Experience with using lead generation tools strongly preferred
