iHeartMedia TTWN Contracts Coordinator in San Antonio, Texas

Job Summary:

The Contracts team focuses on making sure all orders imported and/or entered manually go into our internal BMS system correctly. We work with different departments (Ad Sales, Revenue Management, Scheduling, Copy, Billing, and Commissions) to ensure all the information on a contract is accurate and ready to schedule. Our department is unique due to our hours of operation. The Contracts team must be sure to input all orders for the scheduling week, no later than 9PM on Tuesday and Wednesday. This is a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where flexibility and attention-to-detail is crucial to success.

Responsibilities

  • Enter SOEF orders

  • Enter non-spot orders (Weather and Traffic Naming Rights)

  • Modify and Research orders previously entered

  • Enter National GRP orders

  • Enter MGADUs into rotation

  • Troubleshoot technical issues

  • Manage incoming emails and requests from TTWN network

Qualifications

  • Excellent computer and data entry skills

  • Billing experience a plus

  • Availability to work extended days and late nights in order to meet deadlines, as needed.

  • Can work individually with little direction, but is also a team player.

  • Meticulous attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in high-stress, deadline-driven environment.

  • Customer services experience a plus

  • Excellent time management

  • Ability to plan and organize

  • Ability to set priorities and multi-task

Education

  • HS Diploma

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
