Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
Assist in data import/export/updates, system customization
Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
Assist with training end users on the use of Salesforce.com
Maintain data and system security and integrity in Salesforce
Create training and user documentation, and maintain ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
Evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop/implement solutions
Lead ongoing reviews of business processes and develop optimization strategies
Effectively communicate your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
Be able to multitask, commit to meeting targets with competing priorities and deadlines across multiple key stake holders
Ensure problem-free deployments to production, without any interruptions to business processes
Create a data-driven culture with high standards of operational excellence and continuous improvement
Demonstrate experience in a highly customized Salesforce.com environment - administering and customizing Salesforce.com platform essential; workflows, automation, standard and custom objects, etc.
Knowledge of professional software engineering best practices
Ability to troubleshoot production incidents in complex, multi-application environments
Ability to establish a data-driven culture and a repeatable, structured and disciplined approach to the full systems lifecycle
Ability to design and implement a Salesforce solution to existing business challenges and opportunities
Deep understanding of salesforce architecture, processes, product and best practices
Thorough knowledge/experience working with custom fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process flows in Salesforce
Excellent communication skills, with proven track record working in a dynamic and collaborative team environment
Works well under pressure while maintaining tact and professionalism
Education and experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related technical field
2+ years of experience working as Salesforce Administrator
2+ years of experience working in an environment managing 500+ user accounts
Salesforce Administrator certification strongly desirable
Additional Salesforce certifications a plus
