What We Need:
We are seeking a talented, capable candidate to fulfill the role of ICM Analyst. The role will heavily revolve around working with Varicent ICM, a calculation and reporting system for commission-based employees. An ideal candidate will be self-motivated and will complete duties with limited supervision. This role requires professionalism, dependability, and discretion as well as a mindset for customer service as we work with our partners in the company to resolve issues related to payments.
What You'll Do:
Run daily process and resolve any errors that may occur during execution
Perform analyses of records requiring reconciliation of records in Excel
Prepare ad hoc reports as needed
Review and diagnose errors and inaccuracies with data or calculations
Complete tasks supporting the payroll process including preparation and delivery of files
Provide reporting and tracking for team tasks throughout the month
Learn to build and implement new reports and calculations
What You'll Need:
Basic SQL (Select, Inner Join, Sum(), Where, Group By)
Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot, Countif, Sumif, Vlookup)
A keen understanding of how to use data effectively to solve problems and answer questions
Confidence working with data files that may contain more than 100K rows
Reporting Experience
Varicent experience a plus
Payroll and commission experience a plus
Undergraduate degree in business, computer science, related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
