What We Need:

We’re seeking a skilled Operations Specialist In this role, you’ll have a great opportunity to build your skills and grow your career in a fast-paced environment

What You'll Do:

This role assists the Operations Director with systems and processes in the Multi-Market Partnerships Division. This role supports the account claim process ensuring speed and accuracy in the approval of MMP Claims as well as developing, maintaining, and improving operational plans. Additionally, the role assists MMP leadership by providing administrative support, frequently involving confidential matters.

  • Support MMP business operations by providing various administrative support activities including claim approvals, rankers,

  • Prepare reports as needed, e.g., for sales, research and data analysis projects

  • Interact with company personnel at all organizational levels

  • Coordinate activities between departments and/or outside entities

  • May require handling confidential matters

What You'll Need:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment in an operational role across sales, marketing, operations, finance, or other industry

  • Excellent time management, prioritization, and multitasking abilities

  • Methodical about analyzing processes and systems to fully understand their functions

  • Must be well organized and extremely attentive to details and able to interpret nuance in process and communications

  • Proactive in seeking out opportunities to advance and improve current processes

  • Be a self-starter as well as a team player skilled in working with groups and individuals to support all platforms across iHM

  • Must have excellent organization, time management and excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Great people skills and a positive attitude are a must.

  • Proven ability to set standard of performance excellence for self, assumes responsibility & accountability for assignments or tasks, goes beyond what is expected

  • Stress tolerance: composure when faced with difficult/demanding situations and/or personalities and shifts in priorities and/or tasks

What You'll Bring:

  • Ability to perform work and resolve straightforward problems within established procedures with moderate supervision

  • Understanding of when to seek guidance for unforeseen problems

  • Close attention to detail, following up until issues are resolved
