What We Need:

The company is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the Digital Audio Group. This person will directly report to the Director of Finance (Consolidations & Expense) and partner with finance and business operations leadership. The ideal candidate will be an independent, strategic and analytical thinker who is a strong team player.

What You'll Do:

  • Directly reports to the Director of Finance

  • Finance partner to the Digital Finance team and Digital Controllership Team

  • Support key FP&A processes including annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and monthly close coordination with accounting.

  • Analyze and review monthly P&L results including preparation of variance commentary

  • Oversee core digital operations financials including vendor management and payment inquiries.

  • Support digital headcount modeling, planning, and tracking.

  • Support digital capitalization (internal engineering pool and external vendors).

  • Collaborate on ad-hoc projects with DAG Finance leadership and business leaders across the organization.

  • Drive process improvements and proactively develop ways to improve the speed and accuracy in the forecasting and budget process for expenses.

What You'll Need:

  • 2 to 3 years of analytical experience in financial planning, operations or any other finance-heavy division

  • Experience with digital advertising is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint with a focus on speed and efficiency

  • Must be a self-starter, team-oriented and critical thinker

  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a willingness to learn

  • Professional presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Detail-oriented, proactive and able to balance multiple responsibilities and tasks

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accounting

  • References required

Compensation:

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.

$68,000 - $93,500
