What We Need:

The Director of Marketing Results + Proof at iHeartMedia is a fantastic opportunity for a marketer whose passion is communicating measurement insights and results to advertisers. As the marketing lead who will successfully translate measurement capabilities and results into compelling marketing narratives, this is an ideal role for a marketer gifted in both analytics and storytelling.
Elevating the profile and understanding of iHeartMedia’s audio measurement and attribution capabilities in the ad community is a priority for 2023. This role will be crucial to our success, with strong support from executive leadership and our Research and Ad Effectiveness team.
What You'll Do:
In partnership with iHM Research, leads development of the Go-To-Market narrative and materials for measurement and attribution solutions across all iHeart assets, from broadcast radio to podcast to streaming.
Leads case study development, award nominations and promotion of results.
Defines case studies, success stories, key metrics and publish dates to highlight across B2B Marketing comms, iHeartResults.com and events.
Works in partnership with iHM Research leadership to improve seller IQ on measurement tools, tactics, and industry insights through regular education sessions and materials.
GTM lead on initiative to communicate benchmark KPIs developed by iHM research for categories and top accounts, collaborating with counterparts in Client Success, GTM Strategy and Sales to launch this project.
Partners with B2B Events to inform panels and events on measurement and attribution.
Using current GTM roll out strategy and channels, operationalizes the internal and external communication of key results and industry developments in measurement and attribution.
Works closely with counterparts in research to package category-level insights into marketing materials and communicate key points to broader organization.
What You'll Need:
Deep experience in digital and podcast measurement and attribution tools, methodologies and trends.
Demonstrated experience in translating research results for a marketing and media audience.
Fluent in current measurement and attribution practices, 3rd party service providers and industry topics and challenges.
Collaborative partner who works with internal Subject Matter Experts to develop external materials and internal seller education sessions on the power of iHeartMedia measurement.
Confident, polished and collaborative marketer comfortable working with executive Research, Sales and Marketing leaders. Understands that urgency and accountability win.
Strategic thinker who will bring a fresh perspective and vision for communicating iHeartMedia measurement capabilities to sellers and the ad community.
Passion for working in a fast-paced media environment where quick development and implementation of smart new ideas is celebrated.
10+ years' experience in marketing, advertising and analytics is required. Audio industry experience deeply preferred.

Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
