What We Need:
iHeartMedia is the leading media and entertainment company, giving access to fans and advertisers to the biggest cultural events and conversations in the nation. The Head of B2B and Verticals Marketing is an exciting new role at iHeartMedia designed to support a corporate priority: B2B Marketing to iHeartMedia top clients. This person will lead B2B campaign planning and execution with a focus on supporting key category verticals for iHeart.
This role is an excellent fit for a candidate whose passion for audio media, podcasting and culture match their deep experience planning and executing B2B marketing initiatives, including targeted content, lead gen, segmentation, press and performance measurement.
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day to day management of the iHeartMedia B2B Marketing Plan, ensuring we deliver against KPIs and overall B2B Marketing goals.
Define comms and content KPIs, partner with research leads to measure and optimize plans to achieve goals, communicate wins and learnings to senior leadership.
Define segmentation strategy to ensure verticals content and comms reach the target audience at the right frequency with the right message. Partner with VP B2B Marketing Automation to execute against the strategy.
Partner with external agencies to plan execution and press strategy for key marketing moments.
Serve as Marketing Lead for the iHeartMedia B2B Podcast Network, building the plan for evolving the network and helping identify key industry partners to help realize that vision.
Lead planning and execution for all verticals and other B2B content and messaging across all iHeartMedia client touchpoints: email, social, events, iHeartResults.com.
Build and manage the B2B Comms Playbook for supporting verticals content, B2B events, and other B2B initiatives. This includes mapping workstreams, roles across teams, key timelines, and communicating plans.
Manage B2B Marketing budget for verticals content and other comms.
Collaborate with Verticals Sales leads and GTM Verticals Pitch lead to understand key messages and positioning and ensure content and initiatives drive desired actions.
Partner with Head of B2B Content and Thought Leadership to plan verticals and audio thought leadership content targeting verticals clients.
What You'll Need:
Qualifications:
Experienced B2B marketer with expertise in execution, KPIs definition and measurement, targeting and segmentation, lead gen, content performance.
Confident, polished and collaborative marketer comfortable working with executive Sales, Marketing, Media, Design and Research partners.
Practices belief that urgency and accountability win.
A project manager at heart who will drive projects forward strategically to achieve project goals.
Passion for working in a fast-paced media environment where quick development and implementation of smart new ideas is celebrated.
8-10+ years of experience in B2B marketing is required. Audio industry experience deeply preferred.

Compensation:
Salary to be determined by multiple factors including but not limited to relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications, and alignment with market data.
