Job Summary:

The Digital Manager is responsible for management of content for all digital boards in the region and work collaboratively with Branches within the Region. This role is the subject matter expert/master on how the content of our signs are executed and delivered.

Role Responsibilities

  • Supports VPs of Sales within the region and branch Marketing Managers in the training of new AE’s regarding capabilities of digital products, concepts, content and supporting tools.

  • Supports Marketing Managers and VPs of Sales across the region in the development of sales promotions based on capacity & revenue opportunities.

  • Meets with staff regularly to provide digital platform training, support and innovative integrations

  • Identifies customer needs and understands how to align our offerings to showcase digital’s unique values and become a strategic solutions partner to fulfill those needs

  • Determines the best way get the client’s content programmed, ensures content changes happen efficiently, accurately and in compliance with contract terms.

  • Ensures digital charting matches the contract, manages design information and ensures correct content is programmed.

  • Monitors webcams and works with Branch Operations and key digital product manufacturers to respond to display, unit failure or other service related issues to the digital units. Communicates issues to Branch management in timely manner.

  • Investigates and resolves client complaints in cooperation with sales, marketing and operations.

  • Executes the content of the branch/region’s digital products and their distribution.

  • Maintains creative standards to protect quality of ads on display.

  • Ensures all photo and video guidelines are met.

  • Collaborates with branch real estate and operations teams in the development and deployment of new digital product opportunities.

  • Work with real estate and public affairs to help with digital regulatory and permitting issues.

  • Responsible for maintaining daily occupancy reports and forecasts

  • May manage Digital Media Coordinator (in markets/regions where both resources exist).

  • May require flexibility in work schedule

Skills

  • Deep understanding and ability to manage production workflow, timelines and schedules.

  • Agility integrating the sales function with operations

  • Adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines in a fast paced environment.

  • Excellent communication skills; verbal, and written and presenting to groups of all sizes and levels of management.

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce.com a plus as well as various social media platforms and ad media databases

  • Knowledge of competitive media spending reports like Kantar Research, Neilson, Arbitron preferred.

  • Knowledge of media and advertising industry, inventory management systems, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce.com) strongly preferred.

Job Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing or Communications preferred.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years of relevant digital content management experience in Advertising, Broadcast media or agency related positions. OOH experience preferred
