Job Summary:
This role is responsible for crafting compelling digital advertising strategies for iHeartMedia clients across multiple categories. This position will have the pivotal role of guiding progressive and creative campaign elements that advertisers expect from iHeartMedia.
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a thorough understanding of the digital landscape. We are looking for a strategic thinker to drive the best media strategy for our prospective clients. This person will have experience balancing multiple projects with a strong understanding of excel. Polished written, oral communication and analytical skills is a must. Collaboration is key as they will be working across different departments including sales, research and creative services.
Responsibilities:
Manage proposals to effectively position our digital products (specifically streaming audio and podcast) to advertisers
Maintain RFP response across key account list to provide smart and strategic media recommendations to priority advertisers
Lead the development of digital ideation in internal brainstorms acting as an expert and a go-to resource for digital recommendations
Create and develop media plans and supporting materials needed to respond to RFPs
Use documentation and systems to properly assign and track progress of key accounts and pending RFPs
Use post-sale data to better inform our pre-sale efforts
Experience/Qualifications:
3-4 years experience working within a digital planning or digital strategy function
Experience in or knowledge of the media agency landscape
Expert at Excel with the ability to take data and articulate findings
Proven ability to effectively and efficiently tell marketing stories
Self-motivating work ethic with the ability to multi-task and time manage effectively
Creative problem solver that can quickly pinpoint client needs
