The Sales Project Manager will provide sales support to senior account executives and will act as the liaison between all internal departments to ensure all key performance measurements are met during campaign execution.
This position requires superior communication skills and attention to detail as well as exceptional customer service abilities. Must possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
This position is Nashville-based and reports to the SVP-Sales.
Manages assigned major key accounts in partnership with senior account executives
Works with internal departments (Support, Digital Sales Services, Programming, Promotions, etc) to ensure campaigns are executed properly
Delegates work to the appropriate teams for order entry, billing, revisions to schedules, collection of recap materials, etc.
Creates campaign recaps and presents them alongside the senior AEs at client meetings with special attention to detail on key performance indicators
Obtains all client approvals on in house produced on air and online creative and on site activation elements
Contracts third parties for on site events and works closely with the Activation and Events Managers to ensure on site deliverables are met
Attends all campaign on site activations and acts as the main point of contact for the client during on site events
Engages in copywriting for on air messaging and provides creative input for design of online and on site deliverables
Complete other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers and AE’s.

2-5 years of relevant work experience in project management, media, entertainment, or advertising industries
Experience with daily client relations in a role that supports multiple clients
Demonstrates competitive spirit; shows desire to “move up”
Thrives in a fast paced environment
Ability to work independently and with a team in a fast-paced work environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiar with Salesforce, Wrike, and demonstrates ability to learn new systems quickly
- 1-3 years’ experience in sales support. Radio sales support a plus.
