Region Digital Sales Strategist

Regional Digital Sales Strategist

  • Provide expertise to sales and digital project coordinators on all aspects of digital advertising products by:

  • Working with Las Vegas market sellers to create a complete digital proposal that meets the needs of the client, utilizes our best assets and complements the broadcast and other offline elements of an iHM proposal.

  • Act as a strategic resource for digital sales leaders and sellers in other markets within our region including Honolulu, Fresno, Bakersfield and others.

  • Focusing on how digital products and results inter-operate with our broadcast and sponsorship offerings.

  • Working with our digital project managers and 3rd Party ad tech partners to ensure that what is proposed and booked is well understood and executable.

  • Working with sales and clients to direct digital campaign optimization efforts.

  • Supporting Las Vegas market salespeople on calls and in communication with clients for the sale of digital solutions like Targeted Streaming Audio, Programmatic, Audience-based selling, Audience Extension, Digital Takeovers etc.

  • Offering expertise on digital product features and benefits including Ad Tagging, Rich Media, Data Sharing for attribution and effectiveness, Audience Targeting, Viewability Studies, Systems (Adswizz, DoubleClick, and Adobe/Lotame)

  • Acts as a constant liaison between sales, clients, and vendors as well as being a product expert for all digital tactics. Will include client facing meetings with AEs and Sales Managers.


  • Relies heavily on communication skills and digital knowledge

  • Builds integrated plan recommendations for clients utilizing both iHeartMedia Owned and Operated Digital and SLATE tactics to meet client campaign objectives and KPIs.

  • Requires marketing strategy skills and attention to detail

  • Leads the implementation and optimization process of sold digital campaigns, including recaps and renewals

  • Requires immense organization, technical expertise and data interpretation skills

  • 3+ years’ experience as an Account Executive or Sales Manager in media and/or digital space with proven track record of success


  • 4-year college degree preferred
