Job Summary:
Provides programming and control board support to On-Air Talent.
Get Your Foot in the door of your broadcast career! Rare opening at a legendary radio station in the country.
Responsibilities
Social media manager with on-air participation for award-winning morning show
Produce videos and content to be used for the station and the morning show
Bring ideas and create content for the morning show and possibly other teams and brands
Board operator work for other stations in the cluster
Assist programming with planning station promotions and contests
Qualifications
Competencies/Skills
Proficient with TikTok, Twitter, IG/Reels
E-mail access necessary
Must have clean driving record
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Windows, Adobe Audition or similar audio editing software
Time management and attention to detail
Ability to work without close supervision
Flexibility in work schedule, including evening, overnight and weekends
Functions well in a fast-paced environment with tight time frames and multiple demands
Works well in a team environment
Strong digital skills
Available to work early morning
Work Experience
- 6 months in related role and/or technical training
Education
- High school graduate or G.E.D.
