Job Summary:

Sales Support/Campaign Coordinator works in partnership with the Local AE’s to ensure best service and execution of all campaigns, with emphasis on digital. Works with Digital Sales Manager to ensure all campaigns are accurately trafficked and provides ongoing campaign maintenance to guarantee optimal delivery.

Supports sales staff for online auctions, order entry on a limited basis, and production/scripts. Backs up NSA for front desk greeting clients or guests.

This role is primarily responsible for all day-to-day liaison to the Nashville execution team hub, including: campaign set-up, getting creative produced thru hub and approved thru AE/Client, troubleshooting and assuring campaign is running correctly, optimization and reporting. Must be accountable, detail oriented, and able to deliver valuable, accurate and professional results and communications on time. This position reports to the Digital Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter order details into the RFP in conjunction with AE and track receipt of plans

  • Work with the Nashville Hub to ensure a timely launch and correct campaign implementation, addressing any questions/issues that may arise.

  • Perform Quality Assurance (QA) on all campaign materials prior to launch

  • Confirm Campaign is running smoothly and report activity to AE’s or pull dashboards

  • Troubleshoot ad creative issues that affect tracking, pacing, implementation, and/or reporting.

  • Do Recap/send screenshots and confirm campaign launch – helps provide campaign performance reviews for clients.

  • Proactively monitor all campaigns for both delivery and performance throughout the life of the campaign.

  • Act as a resource on all aspects of our ad specs, creative templates and requirements for implementation- provide ongoing training to AE’s and staff regarding sales and fulfillment process- is trained first, acts as an expert to assist AE’s in learning process and procedure.

  • Provide onsite support to AE’s for sales calls and campaign performance reviews

  • Timely delivery of all tasks.

  • Manage Bid on Birmingham from start to finish with ability to sell in

  • Assist in Inside sales functions such as answering phones when needed and greeting guests

Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales with digital focus

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret digital reporting

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively, escalating as needed

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to understand and answer internal and external customers' questions

  • Superior time management and organizational skills as well as the capacity to manage and effectively prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines

  • Highly self-motivated, with the ability to work well under pressure and hit deadlines, while maintaining attention to detail

  • Team-centric and collaborates effectively

  • Comfortable meeting or calling clients

Preferred Skills and Abilities:

  • Working knowledge of Digital marketing tactics and terms such as SEO, SEM, Display, OTT, pre-roll etc….

  • Experience running digital campaigns or with company where digital products were offered.

  • Ideally has experience with google analytics, and any analytics or tracking tools such as google tag manager.
