What We Need:
We are looking for talented, energetic, curious problem-solvers who will be a great fit into our fast moving culture. In turn, we will help you acquire specific skills where needed.
What You'll Do:
The Business Process Engineering Intern will take part in a number of exciting day-to-day department operations and projects supporting our IT teams responsible for building applications that run our business using cutting edge cloud technologies from managing $3 billion in revenue to processing a quarter of a billion records on a daily basis for big data processing. These are systems that are critical to our operations. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Document existing business processes, identifying opportunities for optimization
Work closely with Product Owners and business stakeholders to effectively translate and prioritize opportunities & business needs into technical requirements
Maintain excellent documentation wiki/collaboration sites
Develop change management plans to include end-user training, job aides and communication materials
What You'll Need:
Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in BIS, Data Analytics, Business, or related program, 3.0 GPA (strongly preferred)
Experience leading projects, and/or ability to meet with people and understand their needs
Presentation skills and experience
Experience with process design and optimization activity/tools (preferred)
